My favorite coffee shop is about a block and a half from my apartment. It is my escape, security blanket, and a place where I belong. The barristas greet me warmly, and ask if I want the usual. Sometimes I do. I order my coffee and breakfast (egg sandwich with cheese and bacon or ham), make my way to my usual table or the one next to it, and start writing its better than an office. Service, great food and drink, and knowing they are happy to see you makes it a great for friendly catchups or business meetings.
Another three or four blocks away is an another breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and the coffee. I love it. I go there much less often, these day. Their brand and customer service is no longer human but has become an app or an electronic kiosk. The brand was lost in the electrons.

Give the LLM a role to play like branding export, or potential client. It is best to use the same words for each role, rather than use synonyms. This trains the LLM to be more consistent.
Be specific what you are asking it to do. It is better to say “list the pros and cons of this idea ranked from strongest to weakest” than just “give pros and cons.”
Review. Analyze. Refine..
Standardize and reuse. Save your voice guidelines and prompt structure. Train your team to follow the same framework. Consistency across email, website, social media, and sales materials reinforces trust.
